History’s Elly Truitt Contributes to Our Work Here is Done: Visions of a Robot Economy

our-work-here-is-done-coverAssistant Professor of History Elly Truitt, whose research interests include medieval technology, the occult sciences, courtly culture, imaginary lands and faraway places, and all aspects of the strange and weird of the medieval world, is among the contributors for the new book Our Work Here is Done: Visions of a Robot Economy.

Truitt’s chapter is titled, “Thinking with Robots: The Secret History of Early Automata.”

Our Work Here is Done: Visions of a Robot Economy is published by the non-profit organization Nesta and available for free download.
