The application process for the Women in Public Service Program Summer Institute, held July 7-19 at Bryn Mawr College, is now open.
This two-week program is organized by Bryn Mawr and co-sponsored by the College, the U.S. State Department, and the Wilson Center as part of the Women in Public Service Project (WPSP). One of the goals of the institute is to provide a space for shared learning and dialogue about leadership in the wake of conflict amidst often-tenuous terms of peace.
Participants will benefit from peer mentoring and networking as well as collaborative development and the challenges of public leadership in post-conflict environments.
The WPSP seeks to develop emerging women leaders in post-conflict countries and is intended to bring more talented women into leadership roles in politics, government, and intergovernmental organizations.
